QUALITY CONTROL
Our Quality Control department aims to provide error free end product to our customer. We use specialized machines for rounding of cords so that there are no flat spots and it also gives a soft and smooth surface texture.
We have a thorough inspection at each step of production-leather quality, strength, rounding, sizing of the cords, water stability, color matching, packaging, labeling and dispatch. Our Quality control team ensures to provide the best quality product than our competitors.
PACKAGING
Our company offers customized packing facilities as per the requirements of our clients. We offer cords in hanks, plastic spools, wound on cards, polybags etc and in varied lengths 100mtr, 50mtr, 25mtr, 10mtr, or yards etc. Our services include barcoding, labelling and branding of the each product also.
We use 7-ply Export Quality Cartons only for shipping the final products, so there is no damage to the goods in transport. We put silica gel in cartons to absorb extra moisture from the air. Our packaging is such that it prevents the products from bad weather like rains.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Our Factory is equipped with the best combination of modern technology and expert staff. We have different department for production, quality control, packaging and dispatch. Our factory is spread over a wide area with different departments in different sections to manage bulk orders from various clients simultaneously with good quality and timely delivery.
We have different machines for spiral cutting, skiving of leather, coloring machines, trimming machines etc to provide our client with customized products.
